At Après Angels, we’ve always believed that the best things arrive quietly — a feeling, a shift, a moment that just makes sense — call it a sign.

So when the opportunity came to be part of the Durham Universities Athletes Charity Fashion Show in support of Sport in Mind, it felt like exactly that. Their work centres around using sport and movement to support mental wellbeing, building confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging — something that resonates deeply with us. Last year, the fashion show raised an incredible £32,000, and this year they’re aiming even higher with a £35,000 target — something we’re so proud to play a small part in.

As a brand, we care about what sits behind the lifestyle we represent, and supporting a charity that uses sport to improve mental health — especially within student communities — is something we believe deserves more visibility and backing. The event will take place at the Durham Amateur Rowing Club on the 17th June, with tickets releasing on FIXR on the 4th of May at 10am, and if you’ve been waiting for a reason to step into something new, support something meaningful, or simply follow a feeling — call it a sign.
